Leadership Team
Trevor Hicks
Sales Manager, Partner
Trevor Hicks learned about the Goodon Building from the ground up-literally. Hicks started building with a Goodon Industries crew, then moved to trucking before becoming the sales representative in Saskatchewan for 10 years.
In his current position, Trevor is responsible for the salesmen positioned across the country, service, purchasing and daily operational management. Trevor believes that the varied roles he's held with Goodon Industries have helped him understand the building and the building process. "In order to be confident in what I'm telling our customers, it's very important that I intricately understand the buildings and challenges we sometimes face."
According to Trevor, with his diverse responsibilities, "it's never the same day twice." But Trevor is ready for the challenges," It makes my job interesting - I'm faced with new challenges and new ways of looking at things every day."
When Trevor isn't on his phone at the office, you might find him flying overhead.
Robert Dyck
Operations Manager, Partner
Robert Dyck began his career with Goodon Industries beginning with the basics. For a number of years, Robert’s duties were that of yard foreman, packaging buildings and loading them for delivery. He moved into a managerial position in 1996 before assuming a partnership role in 2002.
Robert is currently working closely with construction subcontractors, ensuring that the building material is delivered to fit the customer’s schedule. He maintains frequent contact with the customers, working closely with them until their Goodon building is erected to their satisfaction. After 25 years with Goodon Industries, Robert continues to be enthusiastic about the organization. “As the marketplace continues to view us as being able to provide an affordable, high quality product with the highest standard of service, I enjoy being a part of a team that strives to stay on the forefront of the industry.”
Despite the busy schedule, Robert finds time to get in some fishing and hunting and generally hanging out with his children.
